lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to

arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better
result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due
to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

If
ordered flowers / cake /sweets / Chocolates are not available in the
respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers
/ cake /sweets of equal value.

Delivery
schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three
business days depending on the destination city or town. However, in all
metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day, within two business
days in all major cities & town within three business days in all
other places. It is our endeavor to deliver the order with the
requested time frame.However, there can be an instance when a customer
places an order of an expensive item or an order of large quantity or
special unique products or placing late order which may take some
time to delay to the shipment of your order but ensured that it will
be delivered on requested date even in case same day orders. In
trouble situation like when the phone of receiver is not responding or
the address is incomplete, you will be informed asap by phone or
e-mail to give us updated information.Order cannot be cancelled/refund
in case of such situation having not our fault in those
circumstances.

Delivery
of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable
circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of
your money in those case if you do not want delivery at all.

No claim
of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than
the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are
to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.

In case
of natural calamity e.g. huge rain and water logged roads, earthquakes,
fire, road blockage, sudden accident, rule 144 in certain area, delivery
will happen upon suitable and congenial timings prior to talk with
receiver.Any extra charge taken from customer will be refund but order
cannot be cancelled since we arrange the flowers, cakes, gifts in
advance before the schedule time in our shop / workshop.
We cannot force delivery team to go and deliver in such conditions.
However, if the receiver wants to collect it from the shop, they are
welcome.

The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only at Chennai.
Terms And Conditions for Delivery Time slot :

Morning Timeslot (6 am to 8 am) Orders should be placed before 9 pm previous day.

Except Morning timeslot, Other orders should be placed 2 hours before Delivery time.

In case
we fail to satisfy the sender or receiver with the requested time
delivery slot wherein nothing extra is paid for delivery timings; no
claims can be entertained and order cannot be cancelled or refund.

Refund on
extra amount paid for delivery time slot will be be made in case we
fail to satisfy the sender or receiver with the requested time delivery
and in such case order cannot be cancelled or refund. Only extra amount
paid for the delivery timing will be refund.
